Work brings me to the AIA Convention in Philadelphia PA. Here’s my view for the next few days. I guess if I want to leave in a hurry I can walk to my terminal or ship for that matter.
GMan on the move
GMan on the move at today’s game. 8 to 4 for us. He’s in the middle #6.
Fishing and other activitiesÂ
JMan wanted to get in some fishing today so we hit Forge Pond for a bit. Look at that Irish sky. Might a well be in Hodson Bay with a pint of Arthur.
He didn’t catch anything! I didn’t fish as the last thing I needed was the game warden looking for the permit I don’t have. Kids can fish without one.
Later he caught up on the latest news with fruity concoction from the blender…..I spiked mine as the wind on the pond went through me for a short cut. I must say I’m feeling rather Irish this evening.
Rail trail night ride
GMan and I finally started training for his Burlington VT to Montreal (yes, Canada) bicycle trip this summer.
We did round trip Ayer to Pepperell….in the dark. For more info on the Nashua River Rail Trail go here.
Bubbles on the beach
While at Walden Pond a local showed up and made some of the biggest bubbles we ever saw.
JMan had a go and did great.
He had a great time chasing all those bubbles.

Paint Ball
I shot some photos at a paint ball birthday party today. It was a lot of fun to get back behind a (real) camera. iPhones are great for snapping the kids and pets but nothing beats a DSLR.
How good can a hair cut be?
I guess we’ll have to wait 1/2 the morning to figure it out!
Was it worth the 2 + hours? I think so, but next time I’ll be waiting outside at 7:30. If so inclined it’s called Cut n Blend in Billerica.
